EngageFly - Tradeshow, Signups app for iPhone and iPad

Engage fly is a Revolutionary app to collect data, both online as well as offline.

All the data collected by the app are stored on the server. In order to identify and show data on your devices, engage fly asks for registration.

You can create as many campaigns as you want. In order to create a campaign, you start by give me the name of the campaign. This name is shown to the user when hes adding his details on your campaign, so it is advisable to enter a descriptive name.

In the next step, you choose a background image from the given vibrant images.

Then you create you are questionnaire. You can choose from text field, date field add checkbox field. You give titles to each of the field (for instance first name, company name, email address, date of birth etc)

You can choose up to seven fields for a campaign. Within few minutes, the campaign will be ready. Please remember that you can create the campaign only when the device has Internet connection.

What are the different types of campaigns?

There are four types of campaigns to choose from:

Free campaign: This campaign type allows only 5 unique data collection and is provided to test the working engage fly.

Silver campaign: This campaign allows 100 unique data collection and is useful for small events.

Gold campaign: This campaign allows 500 unique data collection and is useful for mid size events

Platinum campaign: This campaign allows 10000 unique data collection and is useful for multi day large events.

How does engage fly work on more than one device?

Once you have downloaded engage fly app on one of your device, and created your login, you can download engage fly app, free of cost on your other devices. You can login on other devices using the same account which you have created. You will see the same campaign in all your devices. You can then use multiple devices to collect the data in the campaign you have created online as well as offline.

Once all the devices come in Internet connection, all the data collected on different devices will be synced automatically on all devices.
For example, you run your campaign on 3 devices viz iPad1, iPad2 and iPhone1. You run the campaign offline on all the devices and collect data as following
iPad1: 24 unique data collected
iPad2: 20 unique data collected
iPhone1: 6 unique data collected

All the devices come back to the Internet connection, the data will be synced automatically and all three devices will show 50 unique data collected when the report is generated.

Engage fly uses the all powerful and secure services of firebase software provided by Google. Through the firebase APIs, engage fly sync offline and online data on all accounts.

You can easily export the data in the form of csv and mail it to yourself. Please remember once you have exported the data, the campaign becomes archived and you would be able to run the campaign again. So it is advisable that you export the data when the event is complete and all the devices have synced their data.

Engage fly give the unique feature of collecting the data outside the app. You can copy the unique link of your campaign and use it on your website, email campaigns, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. The same Data Collection form will show up to your web user. Once they enter the data, it will start showing up in your app and will be present in the csv that you export.

In case you want to use your iPad as a kiosk, we thought nobody should be able to, apart from you, close the campaign and fiddle with your data. In order to do so, we have implemented a 4 digit key which is required to close the campaign screen.
